R. W. “Randy” Brooks is a sole practitioner engaged in the general practice of civil law and criminal law in Tennessee’s Fourth Judicial District which includes Sevier, Jefferson, Cocke and Grainger Counties. The majority of the practice is focused in Sevier County City, General Sessions, Circuit, Probate and Chancery Courts; Jefferson County Chancery, Circuit Courts and, Cocke County Chancery Court. Randy is a general practitioner and represents clients in both litigation, mediation and transactional matters. Primary areas of practice include family law and domestic matters including simple divorces, property division, custody issue, child support, adoption, prenuptial arrangements, orders of protection and probate; transactional issues consist of lease agreements, various contracts, buy/sell agreements, business incorporation and similar matters; debt collection includes sworn accounts, contacts, filing notice of liens on real property followed by a suit to perfect client’s lien, and related issues; boundary line and right-of-way disputes, as well as various criminal charges. In addition to individual clients some of Randy’s commercial clients presently include a construction and concrete business which is engaged in both commercial projects, residential developments and individual residences; a well drilling and water system installation company; a flea market, a building and supply company, a hardware company, a real estate company and a land holding entity.
